I send a request for a refund via the app after the 17th failure, 10 days after purchasing. This included DFU mode, using multiple Apple brand lightning cables, including a brand new one. I will never know. Edit, after Tenorshare answer : Indeed, after having spent the rest of my day writing reviews on appropriate websites, as well as on YouTube and other social media, not to mention my fraud report on, Tenorshare finally agreed, the next day, on a full refund. Don't lose money, don't waste your time, don't buy Tenorshare. I provided adequate logs and sample files, as requested by Tenorshare customer service, but they refused to give me a full refund despite the fact that my videos were then properly recovered with TestDisk (as a proof that the technical problem was on their side). With 4DDiG, I tried to recover GoPro.MP4 videos from a microSD card and the files recovered were unreadable with VLC. Want to give zero stars but it is not an option. I have not been satisfied with anything this 'company' has done. If the 30-day money-back guarantee includes a statement relating to satisfaction, how are you supposed to prove it. EDITED: Their 'prime motive' is to get you on a plan for life with the same sketchy and unusable software that keeps requesting additional items and licences. Customer service is non-existent with cold, canned responses about how I haven't completed all required for a refund where they clearly have a defective product. When attempting to get a refund in line with the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee they make it convoluted and expect masses of information including log files without a clear explanation on how to do this for an average user. Tried the support content but each time led me down the same path to a non-functioning product. AVOIDĪbsolute garbage, download one app and pay then you need another that you have to pay for all of which do not work. But when you report lost or identity theft they will not get paid ! When you say identity theft to the credit card no one I mean no one's getting paid all charges will be reversed! Do not listen to anything they say just email fraud identity theft stolen credit and leave it at that game over they will refund the money they stole or it will be taking from there account and with a black.mark on there credit card processing enjoy □ when your credit card contacts these bums and they only have emails saying identity theft fraud stolen credit card its game over for these bumsĪbsolute garbage, feels like a scam. It says 30 days money back that is a lie look at the BS questions they ask to stall time ! It is outdated software from 15 years ago ! Asking BS questions is not a 30 day refund ! Hopefully the catch you and your team for stealing ! Stay far away. PS: As fix they offered me one of their other products that doesn’t work even though I asked for a refund. Dont fall for their producs and their fake reviews. I asked them kindly for a refund they didnt try to understand me and just tried to give me another product that probably doesnt work. After explaining the Situation to the Support they sent me a Screenshot saying it worked even tho it clearly didnt. This is really disappointing considering the Iphone 14 and IOS 16 is already out. The Support then showed me another Website that is hidden away saying they only support products older than the Iphone X and ios 14. After reading good reviews on a website i followed the link bought the product but it didnt fix my problem as stated. Program didnt fix my Problem Support didnt help ![]()
